We are looking forward to your choir’s participartion in the 22nd EUROTREFF in Wolfenbüttel from 8th to 12th of September 2027! Please use the following application form to apply.
Conditions of participation
PARTICIPANTS
- Children’s, girls and youth choirs (aged between 8 and 26)
- 50 persons per group maximum (plus four members of staff)
SCORES
The participants will receive the scores for their ateliers before the festival. The music has to be prepared in advance.
PROGRAMME AND CONCERTS
- 10 hours of atelier rehearsals in total
- opening concert (one piece of 5 min. maximum)
- choir-to-choir concert (30 min.)
- school concert (30 min.)
- presentation of ateliers in the final concert
- musical contributions to a church service on Sunday or retirement home
ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORTATION
Accommodation will be provided in youth hostels, gymnasiums and host families.
Expenses for the bus driver’s or staff accommodation, e.g. in a hotel, have to be paid by the group.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. We recommend travelling by your own coach to have it available during the festival.
PARTICIPATION FEE
The participation fee is 150 € / 130 € / 100 € per person depending on the country group as defined by the IFCM based on the UN Human Development Index. Country groups can be viewed here:

All travel costs must be paid by the participants.
Possible bank fees will be covered by the participating group.

The application form must be sent before 31st October 2026.
